1 Definitions

4 Account Registration & Verification

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gh777 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface design, is the exclusive property of gh777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without gh777's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gh777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

gh777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Player Account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the claim.

Upon termination for breach, gh777 reserves the right to withhold any Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not related to player misconduct or legal proceedings, gh777 will return any verified Real-Money Balance to the player's last verified payment method after completing all necessary compliance checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the foregoing procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

gh777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the gh777 Platform at gh777.bio/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the latest revision.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — gh777 will provide advance notice to registered players via email at least seven (7) days prior to the new Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the gh777 Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
